  • Biography

Wenxin Xiong grew up in Wuhan, China. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 2017, and the M.Sc. degree in electronic information engineering from the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, in 2018. In 2019, he attended the University of Freiburg, Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany, as a doctoral student.

Between October 2018 and June 2019, he was a Research Assistant for Prof. H. C. So with the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong. Since July 2019, He has been working as a Scientific Staff under the lead of Prof. C. Schindelhauer, Chair of Computer Networks and Telematics at the University of Freiburg. His current research interests lie in the fields of localization, robust signal processing, and optimization.
