            Published:

            ---corrigendum---

It is notable that the Silverman's rule may not perform well in our case of robust TOA localization - other kernel width update strategy should be considered.

"CIM" in the paragraph next to Fig. 3 should be "correntropy measure".

---corrigendum---

The definition of matrix $\bm{D}$ is incorrect. Should be $\bm{D} = \left[ -\bm{1}_{L-1}, \bm{I}_{(L-1)\times (L-1)} \right] \in \mathbb{R}^{(L-1) \times L}$ instead.

In the third line of (3), $\lambda_{2L-1+i}$ should be moved to the outside of the curly bracket.

In the sentence before (3), "by substituting $\bm{e}$ held in the Lagrangian neurons with $\bm{u}$" should be removed.

---corrigendum---

Expression of $\ell_2$-norm in the definition of RMSE on page 9 should be modified for consistency.

In the smoothed robust loss on page 4, $\ln$ should be $\log$ instead.
